Information we collect
When you send an inquiry, we may collect your name, company, work email, country or region, phone or WhatsApp number, product interest, project details, and any drawing or file you choose to attach. We also receive the landing page and submission page paths. With analytics consent, the inquiry can include the first external referring site and campaign labels (UTM parameters) from the visit. We do not send these inquiry attribution fields or the information you enter to our custom analytics events. Basic technical and consent records may also be stored for security and consent management.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to assess your application, prepare a proposal, communicate about the project, protect the form from abuse and maintain a business record of the request. Optional analytics are used only after consent.
Storage and retention
Inquiry metadata may be retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active commercial relationship or legal obligation. Uploaded inquiry files are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Cloudflare infrastructure is used to deliver the website and store inquiry data.

International inquiries
Because BINSING is located in China, information submitted from another country will be transferred to and processed in China for quotation and project communication.
