Begin with the requirements
that matter on your shop floor.

  1. 01

    Share the requirements

Send drawings, photos or videos and the machining requirements. Physical samples can follow as the project progresses.

  2. 02

    Develop the solution

We analyze the machining approach and propose the mechanical arrangement before preparing a quotation.

  3. 03

    Inspect the machine

Arrange a factory visit or video inspection before shipment, based on the agreed acceptance requirements.

  4. 04

    Receive & operate

Receive an assembled machine with a toolbox, with operation videos and remote guidance available.

Drawings make the discussion more useful.

Include hole positions, thread sizes and depths, material, part dimensions, and the output you are aiming for.

for your questions.

Should I choose a standard or custom machine?

Start with a standard platform when its machining arrangement suits your workpiece. For feeding, rotary stations, several machining faces or a dedicated layout, explore custom solutions. If you are unsure, send your part requirements.

What should I include in an inquiry?

A drawing or clear part photos, material, hole or thread specifications and your production target. A short explanation is enough to begin a custom discussion; more details can follow.

Are the catalog parameters suitable for every part?

No. Published ranges describe the machine platform. Tooling, material, hole pattern, fixturing and cutting conditions need to be checked for your application.

What warranty and support are available?

The warranty lasts one year from arrival at your facility. Repairs for faults originating from the equipment itself are free; human-caused damage is excluded. We provide replacement parts and guidance for covered faults. Remote support and operation videos are available in English and Chinese, and we usually reply within one day. Overseas on-site service is quoted separately. Read the delivery and support details →
