BX-20015 Dual-Servo Drilling & Tapping Machine

A dual-servo platform with servo-controlled spindle rotation and feed, configured for drilling and tapping hole patterns. Match the head, tools and fixture to your drawing, then define which operations share a setup and which require a separate position or tool change.

Define your configuration

Map the servo cycle to the actual machining task

Servo control describes the platform's drives. A complete proposal also needs the working tools, hole groups, part positions and handling steps. Use the operation sequence to distinguish a machine platform from a complete automated drilling-and-tapping process.

Catalog drilling, tapping, travel, speed and motor-power values describe the platform. Their endpoints are not a guaranteed simultaneous operating combination. Confirm the usable configuration for the material, tools and number of active spindles; do not infer tool-changing, rigid tapping or independent pitch control from the servo label.

01

Drilling plus tapping

Show how the part and tools move between operations. A platform with both capabilities does not by itself establish an automatic combined cycle. Where several positions or operations are required, compare a traverse or rotary layout with the same scope.

02

Shared feed and mixed threads

List pitch and depth for each threaded hole. A common feed with several tool spindles needs an explicitly compatible tooling arrangement. Servo drives alone do not make different pitches or depths suitable for simultaneous machining.

03

Aluminum, brass and stainless steel

Provide exact grades, supplied forms and material conditions rather than a family name. Use representative blanks and agreed checks to assess the proposed process. A successful trial on one material or tool setup does not confirm the entire catalog range.

Price & quotation

Request a price for a defined equipment scope

BX-20015 servo tapping machine price depends on the head layout, active tools, fixtures, worktable arrangement and defined operation sequence. Request separate scope for drilling, tapping, tool or part transfer, loading and inspection. Compare quotes using the same variants and trial requirements.

Before ordering

Questions to resolve for your part

Is a dual-servo tapping machine automatically a rigid-tapping system?

The published platform has servo spindle rotation and servo feed. Confirm the offered control mode, holder requirements, pitch coordination and reversal behavior for the actual setup. The drive description alone is not a specification for every tapping mode.

Can one head tap different thread pitches together?

Do not assume this from the number of servos. Provide a pitch and depth schedule by hole position so the supplier can confirm whether the head, feed and holders support that group or whether separate operations are needed.

Does M0.8–M16 apply to every material and spindle?

No. It is the catalog platform reference, not a promise for every alloy, tap type, depth or simultaneous spindle load. Ask for the proposed application range, tooling and representative-part verification to be stated in the offer.
