Servo Traverse Multi-Spindle Drilling & Tapping Machine →Review the published specifications and configuration options against your part drawing before requesting a quote.
Carry the ordered scope into the receiving record
Start from the final configuration list and approved changes. Give the handover register a revision and identify its machine or project. Include the drawing revisions and covered part variants. This helps production and maintenance staff who did not join the purchasing discussions.
Distinguish items already installed from items shipped separately. Record packaging references where available and identify anything arriving through another arrangement. A delivery receipt can confirm packages received while the detailed item check remains open. Assign an owner to reconcile shortages or discrepancies against the agreed list rather than relying on memory of what appeared in an inspection video.
Separate tooling, change parts and spares
These categories serve different purposes and should have their own quantities and identification. Ask for descriptions precise enough to distinguish similar-looking items. The example register below is a purchasing template, not a claim that all listed items are included with every BINSING machine. Confirm availability and supply scope for your order.
Agree how replacement items will be identified
For items your factory expects to reorder, request the reference and information needed to identify the correct replacement. Avoid using a photo alone where different revisions may look similar. Ask which items are standard purchased components and which depend on the project configuration. Keep any confirmed ordering information with the machine record so future staff can describe the requirement accurately.
Discuss an initial spare-parts proposal using your planned production and stocking preferences. Record the rationale for the selected items and distinguish that recommendation from a guaranteed service life or availability commitment. Confirm current supply arrangements when ordering replacements. Do not assume that a warranty includes consumable tooling, a complete spare set or every shipping cost; use the written terms applicable to the order.
Identify the documents people will actually use
Agree which operating, maintenance and configuration information is included, in which format and language, and who receives it. BINSING provides operation videos and remote guidance in English and Chinese; the precise document package still needs to be confirmed for the ordered equipment. Keep access information and document revisions in the register instead of treating a collection of unlabelled files as a completed handover.
Where programs, settings records or other configuration files form part of the agreed delivery, identify their scope, version and recipient. Do not assume unrestricted software access or source files are included. Record any agreed restrictions and the process for requesting support. Retain acceptance results and approved changes alongside the operating information so the team can distinguish the verified setup from later modifications.
Close the handover with the receiving team
Assign production, maintenance and quality contacts to review the items relevant to their work. Record receipt, identification issues, missing information and the person responsible for follow-up. Keep this inventory check separate from installation readiness and process approval. Possessing the tooling and manuals does not by itself demonstrate that the site has completed the required installation or accepted the finished-part process.
For each open item, state the expected evidence and agreed next action. Update the register when the item is received or clarified, retaining the previous discrepancy for traceability. Email BINSING your requested handover categories during quotation so they can be reviewed before shipment planning. A clear register helps the buyer and supplier discuss a specific missing item rather than an undefined request for all accessories.
